Peace of Mind

We know that  Many people  in our society  always face anxiety and other people time to time  face mental distrubance while some other  mental turbulance. One remains worry for unknown cause. Now, question raises  here ,what is the reason? Peple are lost  their pease of mind and get turbulent. I think ,answer is very simple.
Eiether a persion escapes from his duty and shirk or he doesn't know how  should  the task complete. Although some other reasons may possible like illness,lack of necessary resources, unreasonable task and lack of time. 
What should we do in this situation? Now , answer is that we must remain calm and cool. We shouldn't understand burden for any task. We shouldn't shirk from our duty . At first we should make our mind always presentful , cheerful , cooperative , curious and active so that our body and mind  co-operate to each other in unison way. Our energy should work in unison way . Further some other important majors should be takekn by us  like job scheduling, batch processing and time scheduling . We must take sound sleep at night and we must give proper relex to our eyes. I think this is the nice way to become free from worry and anxiety.
